Goals for my students and core values for my classes:

My goal as a teacher is to instill a love of learning within my students.  I will do this by engaging my students with dynamic lessons that teach a variety of skills and implement the standards the students are expected to learn.  I believe that students are not passive learners, but learn best when they are active in the learning process.  I will recognize that students learn in different ways and I will actively work to meet the needs of all learners.  I will understand that each student will be at different academic level and I will adjust my lessons to meet the needs and challenge all students from where they are.  I will always keep in mind that every student is a gift from God with his or her unique talents and potential.
